I've driven intercity buses for years, so the 8900 Electric catches my eye. Two lengths (12.3m and 14.9m) and low floor look useful for quick boarding and for regional runs. The single 200 kW or twin 400 kW options matter a lot for route choice - I'd pick the twin on hilly legs. Battery blocks are heavy (535 kg each) and that worries me a bit for axle loads and long-term wear; Volvo didn't give range numbers so I remain cautious. Overall, good layout and passenger space, but some questions on battery weight and service logistics.

Got the chance to handle this Volvo FH 500. Some impressive aspects like the dual fuel tank options and wet heat setup for the cabin. Drives smooth on highway curves, stable and consistent. Auxiliary systems, like the coffee machine onboard, add a bit of convenience. However, I noticed slight lag on the adaptive cruise while hilly drives.

Spent some weeks behind the wheel of the FH 460. The suspension really smooths out rough streets, which I appreciate. Fuel consumption on this model is fairly economical considering its size. One thing I noticed though is the slightly complex dashboard interface, which takes getting used to. A great option for long hauls otherwise.

I drove the Volvo 8900 for several months on long-haul routes. The seating is fairly comfortable for passengers, though the trimming colors felt somewhat too plain for such a modern bus. Handling was very responsive, which I appreciated, especially in tighter turns. Maintenance-wise, the dashboard interface wasn't the most intuitive, leading to slight confusion occasionally.

I got to test this unit recently. It's solid in construction and offers good handling on highways. However, the electronic system did take some time to get used to. Another point is the noise levels, which could be reduced slightly to improve the driver experience.

Tested the Volvo FH during variable weather conditions. The traction control system maintained stability on damp roads, which was impressive. Yet, accessing some cab features felt unintuitive at first. A great match for long-haul trips after familiarization.

I've recently started driving the new Volvo 8900 Electric for our intercity routes. The spacious design easily accommodates up to 110 passengers, making peak hours manageable. The dynamic dashboard is user-friendly, though familiarizing takes some effort. The battery capacity holds up well, even for longer trips, but ensure charging infrastructure is easily accessible.

Used this model for city transport services. It performed reliably in stop-and-go traffic. The heating system ensured comfort during colder months, a major plus. However, the rear design wasn’t much to admire. Fuel efficiency was within expectations for its size, but accessibility during servicing could be better.

I've been using the Volvo FH13 for long-haul trips, transporting loads. It's capable of handling weights up to 44 tons without much strain. I appreciate its durable cabin made from high-strength steel, ensuring both safety and comfort. However, I noticed that the noise insulation could be slightly improved when operating at higher speeds. Overall, it's a reliable choice for heavy transport.

After using the Volvo FH during a typical delivery week, I appreciated the lower AdBlue consumption-it saves costs over time. The innovative turbo compound system adds efficiency, reducing the need for frequent accelerations. On the downside, the weight balance due to the TC engine might need adjustments depending on the trailer setup. Definitely a thoughtful design, albeit with minor trade-offs.
