ЛОМОВОЗ (ПРЯМАЯ РАМА)
Полуприцепы ломовозы, предназначены для перевозки металлолома, пластмасс, сплавов и любых видов отходов.
Эти прицепы можно модифицировать для перевозки древесины, досок, пиломатериалов и отходов животноводства и подобных материалов.
Внутренняя длина полуприцепа: 8,60 м – 9 м – 9,60 м – 10 м – 10,5 м – 12 м – 12,1 м – 12,2 – 12,4 м.
Объем: 40-45-50-55-60-65-70-75 м3
Допустимая полная масса: 45.000 кг.
Кузов: Износостойкий лист HARDOX-450 и HARDOX 500 TUF, Конструкция усиленного корпуса типа «аккордеон»
Рама: из высококачественной стали STRENX S700 МС.
Осная система: 22,5” дисковые и барабанные тормоза, первая либо третья ось подъемная.
Система подвески: Пневматическая система подвески.
Гидравлика: 5-секционный цилиндр с ограничителем.
Тормозная система: ABS-EBS тормозная система, стояночный и аварийный тормоз, Сертификат CE Воздушные баки
Стойки (лапы): механические, двухскоростные лапы.
Седельно-сцепное устройство (ССУ): съемный шкворень (на болтах) 2’’ или 3,5’’ дюймовый.
Электрическая система: Согласно евростандартов 24 Вольт, с выходами 2х7 и 1х15 электрическая система и освещения.
Шины и диски: Одинарный либо двойной шинный комплект со стальными дисками.
Задняя крышка: Моноблочная с открыванием в одну сторону либо от середины вправо и влево двухдверная пневматическая запираемая крышка.
Другое: Автоматическая либо механическая подьмная ось, автоматическое разгрузка пневмопадушек, совместимость с асфальтоукладчиком заднего складного бампера и задней оси, боковые отбойники, подушки поглощатели вибрации между кузовом и рамой, оснащен всеми стандартными принадлежностями для прицепа, а так же Сертификатом типа транспортного средства ЕС (CoC).
Покраска: Пескоструйная обработка - Первый слой грунтовки - Второй слой эпоксидной грунтовки - 2 слоя акриловой краски с индивидуальным/желаемым цветом.
