After spending some miles with the Scania R420, I can say it's a competent vehicle in its class. The dashboard layout is user-friendly, and controls are easy to access. Performance-wise, the truck handles well under varied loads and terrain. However, I noticed the transmission's shifting could feel a bit abrupt occasionally. Interior storage meets my expectations, though I'd appreciate a bit more space for personal items.

Recently tried out the Scania R420. I appreciate its fuel efficiency and the cabin's ergonomic layout, making longer routes manageable. However, I observed minor issues with some exterior fittings which could require attention. It's a solid option for daily logistics.

I've been pulling a trailer with the Scania R420 for about a year now. First thing that stands out is the visibility. Really helps in tight spots, and the big windows mean less neck twisting to see everything. The cab has enough space so I don't feel boxed in on those longer hauls. The dash layout is simple, easy to check everything quick. The power is enough for what I do, but sometimes I wish it had a little more punch going uphill with a full load. Fuel use isn’t too bad for a truck this size, sits around 23 per 100 on the highway-normal for these jobs I guess. Only real annoyance is some of the controls could have been placed better, get a bit fiddly if you're trying to adjust stuff on the move. But generally, not much to complain about. Maintenance so far is nothing unusual, just the standard stuff.

After some months driving the R420, I appreciate the engine's power output. The automated gearbox brings ease but sometimes feels a tad sluggish on steep inclines. Cabin insulation blocks outside noise efficiently, enhancing driving comfort. One downside is the placement of some controls, which could be more intuitive. Yet, the vehicle performs reliably under varied conditions.

I've got to point out the internal features first. The control panel's organization surprised me, particularly the cruise control handling. The adjustable driver's seat is versatile and provides good comfort for long road trips. However, I faced minor trouble navigating the onboard computer system initially. The overhead storage proves spacious and fits all my necessary items. Overall, a solid cabin design with minor quirks.

I recently had the chance to check out a 2007 Scania R420. It's a solid truck with a strong reputation. Noticed it's equipped with the Euro 5 engine and produces solid power at 420 horsepower. The fuel system with AdBlue seems efficient. The vehicle showed wear consistent with its age and mileage, particularly in the rear tires. However, the interior looked surprisingly well-maintained, featuring a comfortable driver's cabin and functional equipment like climate control and cruise control on the steering wheel. Its mechanical transmission is reliable, although I prefer lighter shifting. Overall, it's a decent vehicle for anyone needing reliability alongside efficiency.

Driving the Scania R420 has been quite an experience, especially with the Opticruise gearbox. It simplifies gear changes noticeably. On hills, the truck maintains excellent performance. However, the fuel consumption can be significant under urban conditions.

Just drove the Scania R420 the other day. Engine runs fine, and the suspension manages to absorb bumps well. However, I noticed the intercooler has some oil traces - might need monitoring. Inside, the cabin space is satisfactory but felt it might be better with a few touch-ups. Overall, seems like a dependable truck for long hauls.
